Service Technician in Intralogistics (m/f/d), Focus on Northern/Western Germany and Europe

As a Service Technician (m/f/d), you’ll serve as the technical link between us and our customers, ensuring the global operational reliability of our intralogistics systems and overseeing preventive maintenance, repairs, and fault analysis directly at the customer’s site.

Tasks
  • Focus: You will independently perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs on our custom intralogistics systems both domestically and abroad.
  • All-Around Support Specialist: You’ll assist with inspections of completed work at our customers’ sites and prepare damage and service reports.
  • Team Player: You’ll use your expertise to support the Spare Parts Sales department in preparing quotes and addressing technical questions.
Qualification
  • Education: You have completed a vocational training program in electrical engineering, electronics, mechatronics, or a related field.
  • Professional: You ideally have some initial professional experience in the industrial sector in the field of service engineering, preferably with a focus on intralogistics.
  • Proficiency: Good written and spoken German and English skills.
  • Globetrotter: You want to travel the world and are therefore willing to travel frequently and stay overnight away from home (both domestically and abroad).
