The protection of your personal data is of particular concern to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the legal provisions (DSGVO, TKG 2003). In this data protection information, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within the framework of our website.

Contact via our website

If you contact us via our contact page or send us an email, the corresponding data will be stored for processing. The legal basis for this is Art 6 para 1 lit c DSGVO (contract fulfilment). If no business relationship develops from your contact request, we delete your personal data after six months at the latest.

Your personal data will only be stored for as long as is necessary for the fulfilment of the contract and the statutory retention periods. After these periods have expired, the personal data is regularly blocked or deleted.

Google Analytics

Our website uses Google Analytics, the web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses "cookies", small text files that are stored on your computer and store data about the use of our website. The data generated by the cookie about the use of our website is transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored. Since IP anonymisation is activated on our websites, your IP address will be shortened by Google. This applies to member states of the European Union and other states party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. In rare cases, it may happen that the full IP address is transmitted to a Google server in the USA and only shortened there. Google uses this information to evaluate your use of our website and to compile reports for us on the use of the website as well as to collect other statistical data. Your IP address will never be merged with other data stored on Google. The use of cookies can be prohibited by a setting in your browser; however, this may impair the function of our website under certain circumstances. You can deactivate the collection of data by Google Analytics by using a special add-on for your browser.

Further information and Google's applicable privacy policy can be found at https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy/ and at http://www.google.com/analytics/terms/de.html.

Cookies

Our website uses "cookies". Cookies are text files that are placed and stored on a computer system via an internet browser. These cookies do not cause any damage to your computer system. Through the use of cookies, we can provide the users of this website with more user-friendly services that would not be possible without the cookie setting.

You can view the cookies we use in the cookie banner on this website.

The legal basis for technically necessary cookies is Art 6 para 1 lit f DSGVO (legitimate interest). If you do not wish this, you can deactivate them via your browser. However, if technically necessary cookies are deactivated, the functionality of the website may be limited.

Further cookies are set after your consent via the cookie banner and you can also revoke this consent via the cookie banner at any time.
