Radiant dryers: Dry paints faster thanks to radiant heat
The principle of heat radiation is used for drying and curing surface coatings.
This can be done in two ways: Infrared radiation (=IR) or ultraviolet radiation (=UV).
This type of drying for industrial coatings is mainly used when the parts have very different thicknesses.

Convection oven: drying and curing with circulating air
Drying systems with convection ovens use the principle of circulating air heating to dry and cure your surface coatings.
The air in the oven is heated by direct or indirect combustion of natural gas, liquid gas or thermal oil.
This type of drying system requires strict control of the air temperature. The working temperature is monitored by special controllers that are connected to a PLC control system.
To minimize heat energy losses, the PLC control system regulates the intensity of the combustion flame as required during the process.
