Böblingen, 31 May 2022 - PENTANOVA CS GmbH presents itself at the LogiMAT in Stuttgart (May 31 to June 2, 2022) under a new name for the first time. Until now, the company was known in the logistics industry as the former Conveyor Systems division of the plant engineering company Eisenmann. The new affiliation has not changed the company's technical and planning expertise, which customers can see for themselves in Hall 1 at Stand K71.
Anyone looking for the stand of Eisenmann's Conveyor Systems division at LogiMAT must keep an eye out for PENTANOVA CS GmbH. Due to the insolvency of parent company Eisenmann in 2019, automation specialist PENTANOVA acquired the healthy division in 2020. Under the new name, CEO Sebastiano Sardo successfully continues business with his proven team of highly qualified employees: "As before, we continue to stand for reliable, sustainable and efficient material flow solutions as well as powerful project management as PENTANOVA CS GmbH," emphasises Sardo. "Our technical consulting and solution expertise offers customers the greatest possible security for a suitable and quickly implementable intralogistics solution as early as the planning and project phase. Since we combine mechanics and know-how in the field of automation in-house, we can offer and implement overall intralogistics concepts from a single source," says Sardo, explaining the broad portfolio of his company, which can cover almost all customer needs as a general contractor and system provider. This also includes electrified rail systems and floor conveyor technology as well as the realisation of complete intralogistical solutions as a general contractor. Classic, customer-specific and future-oriented service solutions complete the range of services offered by the Böblingen-based company.
Electrified rail systems
Efficient material flow, fully automatic and safe - that is the strength of the PENTANOVA electrified rail systems. Whether in the air or on the ground: The individually or doubly driven and controlled vehicles of the electric suspended and electric floor conveyors (Single or Twin-Shuttle) transport pallets, wire mesh boxes and other load carriers quickly and safely. Assembly and production tasks are also optimally supported. Electrified rail systems can be adapted to individual, even complex, requirements such as space conditions, load capacity and throughput. Ideally suited for fast, safe and efficient transport, they can also move goods over several floors or between different buildings. PENTANOVA electric tracks also run reliably and fail-safe in deep-freeze areas at temperatures as low as minus 24°C.
Floor conveyor systems
PENTANOVA offers versatile solutions for goods transport on the ground to make the flow of goods more efficient. From box pallets to pallets, every transport unit is conveyed safely and gently to its intended destination. The product portfolio includes, for example, roller conveyors, suspension chain conveyors, lifting stations as well as turning and lifting units.The company also supplies automated special solutions for special load carriers. The LOGIMOVER driverless floor conveyor is also one of the products in this segment from which PENTANOVA puts together its customers' individually tailored intralogistics solution.
